And here we are. 3 years of dreaming, studying, and yearning. Trusting the process and waiting patiently for the right time to begin.

The land where will soon be starting its Forest School Programs is so beautiful, I feel so lucky and so grateful. While there this week, I came across a few of its inhabitants, including praying mantis eggs! I'm so excited for all it will teach the kids and adults who come here.

If you're feeling lost or overwhelmed, stop what you're doing and take a break. Go take a walk, jump in the ocean, do a workout, dance to wild music, get a massage, do some mindful movement, or plan a trip away to reset and recharge. We have to take care of ourselves, especially when we're feeling the weight of the world on our shoulders. For me, it's putting my phone on airplane mode and getting out in nature. And yes, sometimes that involves wild dancing and jumping fully clothed into the ocean. 💙
