Yesterday’s Savor the Summer Day Retreat with The Holistic Treehouse was just what my soul needed to recover from this past crazy ass week!

My intention was to relax, play, and rejuvenate. And I loved how other people’s intentions echoed some of the same sentiments.💞

Getting to start the day with some card pulls from the Shaman’s Oracle deck gifted to Megan Feken that day made it extra special! No wonder I brought my Shamanism Wizard Alchymie wand! The two cards I pulled could not have been more on point. Wonderful reminders about the energies I’ve been working in. My partner joined me on this retreat and he got a very aligned card as well!

Every practitioner’s session allowed my intention to become one I lived that day. After our opening ceremony and into Huyen Stewart hatha yoga session I got to stretch it all out. Then I floated around the pool to a transcendent sound bath by Amy Smithers transported me back to a joyful childhood moment I’d long forgot about.😌💧💚

Lunch by Clean Eatz Chesapeake VA was just what I needed to refuel while we all enjoyed connecting with each other further and diving in with Emalee Chapman charm readings!😋✨

After lunch it was my honor to facilitate another one of my 💃Dancing Mindfulness classes! We found the freedom to let go of self-judgement and express ourselves all while moving to some of our fav songs! Then we closed out our day by crafting crystal bead bracelets with Luna! I’m so in love with mine and the crystals I intuitively chose bring together everything I’m calling in perfectly!!!😍

This spiritual community is one of the most supportive I’ve found in a long time. Every time we get together, there’s so much love, laughter, and healing. My heart is full from deep conversations and letting loose amongst so many dear friends!

The next day retreat can’t come soon enough!!!

What would it feel like if you could slow down, tune in, and practice trusting what you sense inside and out? We’ve spent too many years letting others steer our destiny instead of using our own internal compass. Our minds are too busy to hear ourselves anymore. Our hearts are conflicted. Our guts are in knots. We’ve trapped ourselves, allowing feelings of powerlessness to take over. 

Are you ready to remember how powerful you are? Willing to sift through all the voices in your head to find your own again? You deserve to be unbound, and connecting to the divine is your birthright. You don’t need a translator. YOU are the oracle.

Throughout the Intuitive Development series, we’ll use tools like oracle and tarot cards, guided meditations, and more to access the intuitive knowing that lives within and, if you so choose, open a clear channel to the divine.

I’m sooo here for this energy! Mondays are always my planning and spiritual work days. Gotta get my body-mind and spirit right for the week ahead!! Especially during the Lion’s Gate Portal leading to the pinnacle on Saturday!

The Phoenix is also one of my spirit, animals, continually showing up for me in the cards and the seasons of my life. I’ve really been working with the 🔥 this year. Between the Phoenix and the Fire Horse, things certainly feel like they’re moving at the speed of light!!! I don’t know about you, but it’s certainly a welcome change for me!💖
