How many journals do you have right now??

I have 3 not including one that I carry with me which is my to do journal and that's to write down ideas as they come. It doesn't get used often because I typically forget it but it's there sometimes.lol

3 journals I have right now is

🔥a morning routine journal for planning the day

🔥a buns and abs journal for getting in shape

🔥my Period/Cycle Journal for knowing my body and what it is doing each cycle.

Also pictured, Be, a book about personal branding. Which is amazing! I listened to it on audible and had to buy it because of all the worksheets and prompts on how to find your personal brand were far to amazing.

These journals are amazing because not only are they journals but they also have great information on how to use them and great information about the subject that each journal is about.

I really like having journals that have prompts in them because sometimes I can get stagnant in the way that I think and continuously think about the same thing when i journal so these cause me to think differently each day.

Want to know the best way to care for your brass. Here are the top care tips!

All Spent brass is tumbled clean before any jewelry or wall art is made. These are tips on how to keep your pieces looking new if you want.

1. Keep it dry
2. Clean with lemon juice to bring out a shine if you wish.
3. leave it alone. This will cause it to patina which will make it look old and some people love this look.

When I first started Metalhead by Design, I wish someone have told me just how incredibly hard it would be to make my own damn schedule and stick to it.
😒🤣

The hardest part for me is that I am only accountable to myself. I am the one who sets my schedule and who knew it, I was not too good at it. lol

🔥🔥The most rewarding part, is having the freedom of a schedule I make now(swipe to see the fun stuff) and learning how to not run around like a chicken with my head cut off. But man, does it take work and some days are definitely better than others.❤

Wish I had learned how to do this sooner but you may need to hear this. Slow down! It does not all need to happen now, and it will not all happen now. Give yourself some grace and time. Schedule a few things at a time and then go from there. Things will get done eventually.

Super excited to try these out.

Healing and caring for myself is a big goal of mine from here on out. I will be 38 in 4 months and want to feeling glowing so I have been up grading a lot of what I am doing.
