Theme: Jesus Cares for Us (John 10:11)

🐑 This week in Chapel, our children learned that Jesus is the Good Shepherd. Just like a shepherd takes care of sheep, Jesus lovingly takes care of us.
We reminded our kids:
➡️ Jesus knows us
➡️ Jesus protects and cares for us
➡️ We can trust Jesus every day

Family Worship & Praise Time 🎶✨

🎵 Weekend Family Idea: Have a family worship time at home. Sing hymns or worship songs together and talk about how praising God brings joy, even on cold, quiet days.

Theme: Trust Jesus in Hard Times (Mark 4:35–41)

🌊⛵ This week in Chapel, our children heard how Jesus calmed the storm. When the disciples were afraid, Jesus showed His power and reminded them to trust Him.

➡️ We can trust Jesus in scary moments
➡️ Jesus brings peace

Indoor Kindness Challenge 💌

🧤 Weekend Family Idea: Stay warm indoors and challenge your family to acts of kindness—write notes of encouragement, make cards for grandparents, or pray for friends and teachers.

✨ Talk about how kindness is one way we show God’s love every day.

Theme: Love and Forgive (Matthew 5–7)

🌄 This week in Chapel, our children learned from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount. Jesus taught us how to love others, forgive, and live the way God wants us to live.
We reminded our kids:
➡️ God wants us to love one another
➡️ Forgiving others honors God
➡️ Jesus teaches us how to live

Gratitude & Hot Cocoa Night ☕💛

🍫 Weekend Family Idea: Make hot cocoa together and sit down as a family to talk about what you’re thankful for this season. Let each person share one blessing while enjoying a warm treat.
