Chesapeake Bay Academy, a leader in the education of neurodiverse learners, has extended our program out into the virtual realm. CadetNet Virtual Academy provides evidence-based virtual instruction for students with unique learning needs.

- Live, daily classes delivered by licensed educators.
- Full course and individual class options available.
- Weekly individual check-ins, mindfulness and meditation sessions.
- Exploration in gamification and virtual reality (VR).

The CadetNet Virtual Academy curriculum was developed by experienced CBA educators to align with the Common Core Standards of Learning. The same multisensory, differentiated approach to instruction that is delivered on-campus serves as the model for the CadetNet program. Currently enrolling grades 6-8. Enrolled students are also eligible to participate in CBA’s on-campus extracurricular offerings.

Battleship Math with CadetNet Virtual Academy for Middle Schoolers

We make learning interactive and exciting! In our Battleship Math activity, students practice plotting points on a coordinate grid in a fun, game-like format.

Inside our virtual classroom, students work independently while teachers provide live support and encouragement. As they correctly plot each point, they progress through the game, and when completed, a virtual fireworks display celebrates their success!
