Back in 2022 I had to make a slideshow presentation for a manager class and I chose to do it about a recipe that BTS made. I present to you, the vegan kimchi quesadilla!! It’s layered with vegan cheese, seasoned vegan be’ef & kimchi in a cozy and crispy tortilla blanket. I shared it with my manager cohort class that year. Many had never had kimchi and I’ve been told it was the best introduction to the side dish. I’ll be running this special for the next couple of Sundays!!
