Any journey you go on requires learning, requires adjustment, and requires change.

Going on a health/fitness journey is not different. Everything that is done is data, nothing happens overnight, and things that should make sense sometimes don’t.

Just because we learned something and it’s became accepted doesn’t mean it is written in stone.

Every body is different, it responds differently, it moves differently, and should be treated as unique.

Take your time, enjoy the journey, the more you learn the better your become.

Be humble

I’ve learned that no matter how much you do something you can always be better or find a more effective way.

I’ll use myself as an example, I was doing an exercise and couldn’t figure out why I was struggling with it. I sent a buddy of mine the video he gave me some pointers to follow.

My goal now is building on what he told me.

Even though I’ve been training for years I was still receptive to getting input from someone else.

In doing so I was able to learn something that is helping me progress.

I could have easily not been willing to hear what had to say and caused me to struggle longer.

Be humble, it can save you time, and headaches.
