The Girls in Construction Summer Camp at Viera High School is in full swing, and these students are getting hands-on with everything from building basics to real-world trade skills. Every project is a chance to try something new, learn by doing, and see what they’re capable of.

It’s all about confidence, creativity, and discovering pathways they may have never considered before. And they are rising to the challenge in the best way. 💪

🧁 Recipe for a Sweet Summer Showdown 🍰

Start with a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of entrepreneurship, then bake to perfection with teamwork and innovation!

This week, our Summer Enrichment campers understood the assignment: designing cupcake food truck concepts, building mini models, and creating custom logos to match their brands. They even personalized aprons and hats using sublimation like pros.

And yes… the cupcakes were just as impressive. 👩‍🍳

The week wrapped with an epic Cupcake Wars competition, where creativity, flavor, and presentation all showed up. ✨

The cherry on top? Opportunities like this are made possible thanks to the support of Brevard County taxpayers and the millage initiative, giving BPS students more chances to learn, create, and shine.
