Our hearts are full of gratitude for everyone who supported our Boston Butt Fundraiser! Every purchase, every share, and every word of encouragement helped make this fundraiser a success.

We also want to give a very special thank you to our Rotary members who gave their time and worked together to make today possible. From organizing and preparing to helping with pickup and everything in between, your spirit of Service Above Self truly shines.

What makes your support even more meaningful is knowing that a portion of the proceeds will help fund local scholarships for deserving students and/or support a Rotary International project that makes a difference beyond our own community.

🍊🌿 Vidalia Rotary Welcomes Usher Southern Citrus! 🌿🍊

Vidalia Rotary was delighted to welcome Mr. Travis Usher and Ms. Pamela Usher with Usher Southern Citrus as our guest speakers!

They shared the story of their local 13-acre citrus farm and taught us about the many varieties of citrus they grow and sell. It was wonderful learning more about the hard work, dedication, and passion that goes into operating a local farm right here in our community.

Usher Southern Citrus also offers U-Pick events and has several other fun, family-friendly events planned for the future. 🍊🌳

We are so grateful to the Usher’s for spending time with Vidalia Rotary and for investing in our community through their business. We are proud to support local agriculture and the wonderful people who help make our area such a special place to live and work!

September is National Literacy Month! 📚💙💛

Members of Vidalia Rotary had the wonderful opportunity to read with students in the 21st Century After School Program. There is something special about sharing a good book and helping children discover the joy that comes from reading, learning, and using their imaginations.

Literacy opens doors, builds confidence, and creates opportunities that can last a lifetime. We are proud to support our local students and encourage a love of reading at an early age.

Thank you to the 21st Century After School Program for allowing Vidalia Rotary to spend time with these amazing students. Together, we can help build brighter futures—one book and one child at a time! 📖✨
