Hello Penntek gurus! I just put clearcoat down on exterior patios this afternoon in about 95°. Yes that’s hot up here in Maine! No issues with the install. The question is is it still going to be hot pretty early in the morning and the patios get early morning sun. In order to stay within a comfortable Rico window, I would like to put urethane on first thing in the morning. Because to be before 24 hours (20 hrs.) , it would be right in the dead heat of the day at noon time. Anyone ever have issues with bubbles occurring in the urethane? I was planning on getting started between 6 and 7 AM. To get a jump before the sun gets too hot. You will have shark bite.

Has anyone found a better tape that leaves clean lines over flake topcoat? I’ve heard that red stucco tape works well but haven’t tried it yet.
