Today we welcomed our Kendall Academy friends back for a brand-new year full of learning, laughter, and new adventures! From our tiniest infants to our big Pre-K graduates-in-training, every classroom was buzzing with excitement this morning.

We can’t wait to see all the growing, learning, and memory-making this year has in store. Here’s to a fantastic 2026-2027 school year! 💛

Today our Kendall Academy campers dressed up as their favorite community heroes — police officers, firefighters, doctors, nurses, vets, chefs, pilots, construction workers, mail carriers, and more! 💛

We’re so proud of these little heroes-in-training! 👏

Community Heroes Week continued with a visit from fast_response_towing_recovery_ Fast Response!

Our students loved watching the tow truck and rotator crane in action, learning how this team keeps drivers safe 24/7 across Okeechobee and Vero Beach.

Community Heroes week continued today with a special visit from the Indian River County Police Department.

Our students really enjoyed seeing the police vehicle, meeting the officers, and learning how they help keep our community safe.

To say thank you, our little learners proudly presented handmade appreciation posters to our community heroes. We are so grateful for their time, kindness, and service! 👮🚔💙

We had the BEST visit today — Indian River County Fire Rescue the Indian River Fire Department stopped by to celebrate Community Heroes Week with our little ones! Our students got to meet real firefighters, check out the truck, and learn all about the brave men and women who keep our community safe.

To show our appreciation, our students made “Thank You for Your Service” posters for our heroes. 🖍️💛 Nothing beats the smiles on both sides of that exchange!
