Last night was Open House at Vernon Hills High School, and we loved getting the chance to meet and connect with so many of our families! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our BPAC table to say hello and learn more about what we have planned this year.

📅 We’re excited to share our 2026–2027 BPAC meeting dates and all the great events we have coming up!

We are so proud to share highlights from our First BPAC Cultural Celebration Night at Vernon Hills High School!

A special thank you to Jck's Boutique, BollyBhangra Dance, Mano a Mano Family Resource Center, and to our students, families, staff, and community partners who made this night possible.

¡Seguimos conectando y fortaleciendo a nuestra comunidad!

En cada evento y presentación donde participamos podemos compartir recursos, orientar a familias y continuar creando espacios de apoyo y conexión para nuestras comunidades.

Gracias a North Chicago Community High School, Woodland Community Consolidated School District #50 y Vernon Hills High School por abrirnos sus puertas y permitirnos conectar, educar y servir a estudiantes, padres y familias de la comunidad.

Cada uno de estos encuentros nos acerca más a nuestra misión en Mano a Mano Family Resource Center, que es Empoderar a nuestra comunidad para que tenga voz, acceso a recursos y un papel activo en su entorno.

At every event and presentation in which we participate, we are able to share resources, guide families, and continue creating spaces for support and connection within our communities.

Thank you to North Chicago High School, Woodland Middle School, and Vernon Hills High School for opening your doors to us and allowing us to connect with, educate, and serve the students, parents, and families of the community.

Each of these encounters brings us closer to our mission at Mano a Mano Family Resource Center: To empower our community to have a voice, access to resources, and an active role in its environment.
