*A little more about The Grand Crayon Rescue*
I recently went back to school shopping and bought new crayons for my kids. I have saved 6 years worth of old broken crayons hoping to do some projects with the kids. I decided that I was most likely not going to be doing anything with them soon, but I could not throw them away. I went online and searched if there was a way to reuse or recycle them. I was excited to find several places that take these old broken crayons. It started with me wanting to do something with our own old crayons to opening it up not only to my friends and family but also to our community. My purpose is just to rescue old broken crayons from the trash and find a new home for them. I will collect, sort and take the crayons where they will be used.
