Forgive that you don’t feel motivated. Forgive that you have impeded yourself. Forgive that you’ve believed the lie that you’re not enough. Begin again💥

Goals that you had 5 months ago may be quite different now. Reflect on what is most important to you now. What once sounded cliche to you may be your prescription for courage, patience and strength today. We have what we need within us and it’s ours all the days of our lives💥

Wishing you internal freedom. Freedom is a state of mind. If we wait for anything external to be happy, whole and complete beings ,we feel lost. Wishing you freedom born through radical self honesty. However you’re celebrating today, enjoy every moment 💥

To be of service is my deepest joy. I notice service comes from the overflow of energy that I have. It’s important for me to stay informed about where I’m choosing to spend that energy . Balance is my goal. It’s natural to feel off balance when so much of what we tethered to isn’t what we thought. So what is real? What is reliable? Turning within to this breath is it, period. This moment 💥

What is to time to give yourself permission to say, feel,or admit to your deepest self? I give myself permission trust my intuition and experience completely 💥

Being at peace with what is in the moment that it is, brings us to peace and presence. It is powerful to change what must change from love💥
