I wanted to share a little update on my stress levels⦠and I wanted to go a little deeper here.
Iāve been tracking things through my Oura ring, and Iām starting to see more restorative time come back in.
And the truth is⦠I didnāt overhaul my life.
I didnāt add a long routine or try to āfixā everything overnight.
I just started being a little more intentional with how I support my body.
One of the biggest shifts for me has been consistently incorporating my DRIFT teaā¦even if itās not every single day, just more often.
And at the heart of that blend is Tulsi (holy basil) šæ
Tulsi is whatās known as an adaptogen. This means it helps the body adapt to stress and come back into balance.
Not by forcing anythingā¦
but by supporting the nervous system in a more gentle, steady way.
Itās one of those herbs I keep coming back to, especially in seasons where life feels a little louder, a little faster, a little heavier.
Because stress doesnāt just live in the mindā¦
the body carries it.
And what Iām learning is this:
It doesnāt take a complete reset.
It doesnāt take perfection.
It takes one small ritual
done consistently.
One moment where you choose to support your body instead of override it.
And then you just keep choosing it.
Thatās the shift šæ
Not for everyone:
Tulsi may not be suitable during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions always be mindful and do whatās best for your body.
Stay rooted āØ
