Hello everyone. Sorry had to update. I called Alderbrook and while they have some really nice amenities, it would cost a lot more for each person as we cannot bring in outside food or drink. We could pay for a cater either though Alderbrook or pay the fee and hire an outside cater.
I looked online for other parks and there was not a lot of options for a few reasons: 1. space; 2. things to do; and 3. availability. I was able to find a location: Lewisville Park-Alder Picnic Shelter on June 14, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. do give time to set up, Lets start at 11:00 a.m. We will be near the play ground and the water; with eight 6' tables, and four 7' tables. Alder has access to water, electricity, a bbq grill, a woodstove, 2 horseshoe pits, and garbage cans. I paid for it so it is fully reserved. There is a parking fee. Please let me know if you can volunteer to help set up and/or have any pictures. I am going to check with a few of my friends who do BBQ Competitions and see what the cost would be for them to make a mass amount of BBQ pulled pork. If you have any ideas or resources for food and/or drinks, speak up. Please spread the word.

Okay peeps. Venue 3 at Alderbrook is $3500 for 250 people. I am willing to put $1000 down to reserve. Does anyone want to help with the rest? If we get 70 people able to pay $50 each, it is paid for.

Thank you for your interest in Alderbrook Park for your upcoming event. I have attached a copy of our general information packet for you to review. With your Venue rental you and your guest will have access to all of the park amenities for the day. This includes Pedal Boats on the Lake, Mini Golf, Swimming Pool, Bounce Houses, Train Rides, Beach Volleyball, Kickball/Softball field, Horseshoes, Corn Hole, Various Field games and play structures. Event times are 11:00am until 5:00pm. You are welcome to come set up any time before your event starts. Our Snack Shack is open the entire time of your event as well as our Espresso bar and Tap Room.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to come out for a tour.

Well, next summer is our 30 year high school reunion. Trying to come up with some fun and family friendly things to do. Ideas?

Who would be interested in a few weeks playing Golf in the morning at Lakeview and then hitting up Frenchman's Bar for the reunion?

So this summer is our 25th anniversary. If we can, what are some ideas for a reunion.

Thanks to those who were able to come to our 20 year reunion. You all helped to make it a successful get together! It was great to catch up and reconnect :)

The reunion is hours away!! Hooray!! Can you believe it?!!

I hope you all are able to attend and were able to persuade others to be hot dates ;)

We will reconnect and make some memories!!

I was able to borrow our Video Yearbook from newlyweds Krista and Jerry Jensen and will have that playing throughout the evening. Thanks and congrats guys:)

Hilton provided us a great space an awesome location to hang out at the park or bar hop our downtown area. For those who have been away for awhile, its a great way to play I remember when this was a ....
