Radiant Beans Learn to crochet and macrame, Or shop our website for the maker in your lives! My mom taught me to crochet when I was about 9 years old. Fast forward 10 years.

At the time I was determined to make a blanket for my baby cousin, but I never finished it. I was 19 and remembered that I used to know how to crochet, so I went to a craft store and bought supplies. It was hard to remember all the steps but I eventually re-taught myself and started making things! I never learned how to read patterns but would just wing it and hope my crocheting would turn into something beautiful. I started selling my items when I was out of work and made a little business out of it with my best friend. Almost 2 years ago I went on maternity leave with my first child and really started to perfect crocheting and learning new techniques by watching YouTube videos. I taught myself to use a sewing machine as well and decided to try macrame. I was Instantly addicted to making plant hangers. I felt like macrame came naturally to me since I already had experience manipulating fibers to create some amazing things.

Join me at and learn everything to get you started on your crochet journey! This fun/laid back 2 hour class will teach you the basics of crochet and have you ready to start that project you've been dreaming about. We will discuss how to hold yarn in a way that's comfortable for you, how to chain, and single crochet while creating a functional dishcloth.
All supplies are included in the fee (Yarn, crochet hook, and stitch markers)

Join me at Next Thursday to start you crochet journey! This 2 hour class will give you all the skills to get you started. We will discuss how to hold your yarn in a way that's comfortable for your hands, how to chain, and single crochet. We will practice these skills while making a useful dishcloth. All materials are include, so all you have to do is show up and have a good time while learning a new skill! We will provide the yarn, hook, and stitch markers.
