Our Little Disciples had such an exciting and special time learning about safety, first responders, and how to make smart choices in an emergency! 🧯👮‍♀️👨‍🚒

We are so grateful that you took time out of your busy schedules to come spend time with our little ones, answer their questions, teach them important safety lessons, and help them feel comfortable around the amazing people who work so hard to protect our community. ❤️

Your kindness, patience, and dedication made such an impact on our children. These are lessons they will carry with them for years to come! 🥰

❤️ First Responder Day is TOMORROW! 🚒🚓

We are so excited to celebrate and thank the brave men and women who serve our community! Our little disciples will spend the morning learning about first responders, seeing their vehicles and equipment, and discovering more about how these everyday heroes help keep us safe. What a beautiful opportunity to teach our children about serving others, showing gratitude, and being the hands and feet of Jesus! ✝️❤️

🐐🐰🦙 What a BLESSING of a day at Little Disciples! 🐓🐑💛 The smiles, giggles, and excitement were everywhere today as Noah’s Ark Petting Zoo came to visit! The kids had the BEST time getting up close with all their furry and feathered friends. 🥰 This is a day our Little Disciples look forward to every single year, and it never disappoints! Watching their little faces light up as they gently pet, feed, and love on the animals is such a sweet reminder of the joy God has placed all around us. 🐾✨ We are so thankful for days filled with laughter, learning, precious memories, and opportunities to experience the beauty of God’s creation together. ❤️

We will be participating in Operation Christmas Child this year! We would love for everyone to participate but it is not mandatory. There will be a designated storage box in Mrs. Ashley’s office that you can leave the items in. We appreciate any and all help we can get with this project ❤️

Our next teacher we want to introduce is Mrs. Alyssa. She is our other teacher in our 3 year old class this year! We are excited to welcome her to our Little Disciples family!

Hi my name is Alyssa Williams! I will be helping teaching the 3 room classroom this year! I previously worked at a small restaurant in Canton as a waitress. I love seeing new faces and interacting with the people who I meet everyday. I am very excited for this new experience and opportunity to teach your young kiddos about the love of God and help them learn about all of Gods ways. I live in Brownsboro Texas with my wonderful husband of 3 years , with our 2 dogs and 3 cats and we are expecting our first child , a baby boy in January! I’m praying that we all have the best year and that your child’s love for the Lord grows!

Hello everyone, my name is Jessica Worth. I can't wait to get started at my first year with Little Disciples! We are proud members of our First Baptist Church of Van where I serve our sweet nursery kiddos every Wednesday and Sunday night. My husband and I have been blessed with over a decade married and we have four Jesus-loving children aging from 2-16. I have a heart for early childhood education and a deep commitment to helping young learners grow spiritually, socially, and academically. I thoroughly enjoyed working as a substitute teacher for many years and having the sweetest opportunity to teach and love little Kindergarten minds while living Virginia. I’m passionate about helping little ones understand how much God loves them and guiding them as they build kindness, confidence, early learning skills and most of all how to love like Jesus. I look forward to meeting everyone soon. And if you ever need a smile or hug, I'm your girl!
