Why do ISMs seem to grow stronger through fear? How has society’s fear of what is different been used against marginalized communities? What stories of these differences have been used to tear our communities apart? What can we do to make sure history doesn’t repeat itself?

If you’ve ever wondered about these topics, this workshop will explore how certain historical moments have led to the stories that have further marginalized our communities.

This workshop will help you connect the past to the present and learn how coming together can fend off these problematic narratives.

Join us Wednesday, August 25th at 4:00 p.m. for an informative, interactive discussion on allyship and solidarity geared for middle and high school students.

Space is limited. Sign up today by sending email to [email protected]
