Don't do M**h kids.
It's easy to be a great actor without being a pain in the butt.
Personality fragmentation(Gestalt) can be dangerous. Understanding how to use the fragments life has already created in us is therapeutic if it is coupled with reintegration. Intentionally traumatizing yourself and other actors who have to work with you is selfish and dangerous. - My opinion.
