Kukio Jewelry Handmade sterling silver earrings, rings & necklaces with stunning gem stones. Please plan on 2-3 hours for your workshop.

Workshop prices cover the entire workshop, instruction and guidance, materials (single stone, single band or chain) to make a sterling silver ring or pendant you take home with you. The workshop will take place in my converted barn in Valleyford, WA which is located just off of Dishman-Mica & Madison, Valleyford, WA. A variety of gemstones and natural stones & Sterling Silver bands and chains will

be available for you to choose from. My workshop is set up with four work spaces that can be purchased individually each available session. My workshop does have stairs up to the studio so it is not ADA accessible. The bathroom facilities are privative (composting toilet).

These rose cut pink sapphires deserved something just as special.

I hand-shaped the gold fill sparkle wire into oblong hoops that mimic the beautiful shape of each stone. Every component of these earrings is completely handmade by me (except the earring wires), including each individual hoop that gives them such elegant movement.

The warmth of the gold brings out the rich, luminous color of these incredible pink sapphires and makes the whole pair feel effortlessly luxurious.

Grandma + granddaughter pendant workshop 🌺

These two were the sweetest, and clearly have some natural silversmithing talent! They created beautiful little pendant necklaces featuring Larimar and Aquamarine, and I loved watching them work side by side.

She actually came to my studio last summer with another one of her granddaughters, where they made rings together. Now it’s becoming a little tradition and I’m so incredibly thrilled that I get to be a small part of it.

There’s something really special about creating something with your hands, but even more special when you get to create it with someone you love. These are the moments I treasure most in my studio. 🤍

Sunday’s Ring Workshop🌺. Four rings and four incredibly wonderful people, each bringing their own energy, excitement, and creativity into the studio as they set out to make their own unique ring.

The time always flies when you’re surrounded by good people and good energy, and this day was no exception.

Each person created something truly beautiful and completely one-of-a-kind. Watching their ideas take shape through sawing, soldering, forming, and finishing is always such a joy.

The stones they chose were absolutely stunning: Turquoise, Rainbow Moonstone, Black Horn Coral, and Moss Agate. Each one so different, and each one perfectly matched to the person who chose it.

Saturday’s Pendant Workshop was such a fun one! These three wonderful people brought the best energy, excitement, and enthusiasm to the studio as they dove into working with silver.

They each created an absolutely stunning, completely one-of-a-kind piece of art. Watching their ideas come to life through cutting, soldering, shaping and finishing is one of my favorite parts of teaching these workshops.

The stones they chose were incredible: Monarch Opal, Prehnite with Rutile, and Spectrolite. Each one so different, and each perfectly suited to the piece they created.

And in all the excitement at the end of the workshop, I completely forgot to take a photo of one of their finished pendants 🫣.

I’m so grateful I get to share my little studio with such wonderful people and watch them discover just how creative they can be with silver.

This wonderful couple spent Friday night in my studio for a ring workshop, and it was such a special evening. They each made the other’s ring—one beautiful black opal and one stunning white opal. 🖤🤍

There’s something extra special about making a piece of jewelry for the person you love, knowing they’ll wear it for years to come.

We laughed, talked, learned a few new things, and made some pretty incredible rings along the way. They were such genuinely cool people, and I feel so lucky that I get to share my studio with people like them.

Beautiful teardrop shaped pink conch shells with a color that is somehow both bright and wonderfully warm. Each shell is set on a sterling silver foundation and carefully wrapped in fine silver bezels that highlight the natural shape and beauty of the stone.

Sterling silver hoops connect the shells to long sterling silver earring wires, giving them just the right amount of movement while allowing them to hang at a flattering length.

I enjoyed having these two in my studio for a ring workshop so much! They were funny, easygoing, full of great conversation, and just an absolute joy to spend the evening with.

And then they went and made the most stunning rings! Watching each of them bring their own ideas to life is one of my favorite parts of teaching these workshops.

Sometimes I walk into my studio and still can’t believe it’s mine.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. There’s no doubt that a lot of tireless hours went into creating this space, and maybe that’s exactly why it feels so special. Every little corner holds a piece of the work, love, and dreaming that went into making it.

And getting to share it with other people through my workshops? That’s truly the cherry on top.

These one of a kind earrings bring together two of my favorite things: the timeless beauty of fossilized coral and the unexpected sparkle of deep pink rose cut sapphires.

Creamy warm tones of ivory, soft orange, and blush pink flow through the fossilized coral, revealing delicate flower-like patterns that were created millions of years ago and preserved in stone. Each piece is completely unique, with its own natural markings and character.

The coral is surrounded by hand-stamped sterling silver wires, carefully shaped to create an airy, floating effect that lets the stone remain the star of the show. Suspended above the coral by double sterling silver hoops are the most beautiful deep pink rose cut sapphires. Bold sterling silver hoops meet brilliant blue Sonoran Mountain Turquoise in these truly one-of-a-kind earrings. Each oversized arched hoop is hand-hammered, creating a beautiful organic texture that catches the light and gives the silver a subtle sparkle.

At the center, vibrant Sonoran Mountain Turquoise stones are set in small sterling silver circles detailed with a hand stamped wave pattern. Suspended within the open hoops, the turquoise has an almost floating appearance, allowing that incredible blue to take center stage.
