There’s a childcare freeze happening, and it’s exposing everything. Centers are closing, waitlists are growing, and providers are burned out. Yet some still won’t follow policies, clock attendance, or bring kids consistently. Imagine daycare closed not from lack of love, but from lack of respect and support.
Good childcare is a privilege, not a guarantee. 2026 will not operate like 2025 or any year before. Reset season. ‼️💯

🚨 WARMING SHELTER OPENING
Due to freezing and dangerously cold temperatures, Lowndes Associated Ministries to People (LAMP) will open a Warming Shelter to ensure no one is left without adequate shelter during extreme cold.

📍 Location: LAMP Day Center
🕕 Days: Monday – Thursday
🕕 Opens: 6:00 PM
🕗 Closes: 8:00 AM (each morning)

❄️ Why this matters:
Exposure to freezing temperatures can be life-threatening. Adequate shelter during cold weather is critical to prevent hypothermia and other serious health risks. No one should have to face these temperatures alone.

COMING SOON!! We will be opening Saturday’s childcare spots in November just in time for Christmas shopping 🛍️! This is a OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE . This will be base on FIRST COME. Payments will be render a week in advance to hold your child Saturday spots. LIMITED SPOTS ! This will be open to parents that do not have kids in our daycare as well as parents whose kids are in our daycare. This will be a 8 hour slot with at least a minimum of three hours care. Food will be served. We WILL NOT ACCEPT CAPS for this one day childcare. Pricing will be posted at a later date as well as a reminder of opening schedule to request for your Saturday childcare spot !!
