I had a great time at the COFT Cares 100 BookBag giveaway! Johnnie Campbell, you did an amazing job with this event, it was a success!
It’s a blessing to see the community of people enjoying the good food, music, playing basketball and grabbing school supplies for their kids so they can start off the school year well prepared. Thank you DREAMM organization for coming out to support this beautiful event. The kids loved seeing me and Lil Zal for the first time so I was happy to see the smiles on their faces. Also, a huge thank you to everyone that donated to this event! It turned to be a great day!❤️💯

🏡✨ Character Champions – Week 4: Responsibility Starts at Home! 💙⭐
This week at Mr. Zal Classroom’s Character Champions, our students explored the important lesson that responsibility begins at home!
Through creative artwork, each student illustrated the responsibilities they already have at home and shared new ways they can help their families and others. From making their beds, cleaning their rooms, washing dishes, taking out the trash, caring for pets, helping with younger siblings, and showing kindness through everyday actions, our Character Champions demonstrated that even small acts of responsibility can make a big difference.
It was inspiring to see each child’s creativity, thoughtfulness, and growing understanding that being responsible is about more than chores—it’s about being dependable, helping others, and taking pride in doing the right thing.
I am so proud of every student for their hard work, participation, and willingness to become leaders both at home and in their communities. Keep up the amazing work, Character Champions! The future is bright because of young people like you! 🌟
