“Everything’s been going amazing. The workouts are challenging and I am learning a ton as well. Physically I feel much better than I did when we first started. My mid back is significantly less bothersome and I can get through tough work days without constant pain which is HUGE for Me.  My lower back is also less tense and I rarely have issues with it now. On bad days it could get to a 9 or 10. Now the most discomfort I get is only at a 3 or so.”
