The cabinets were solid wood and in good condition and the homeowner didn't want to replace them. We were also working with a pretty tight budget, so a full kitchen remodel was out of the question. The homeowner had (prior to hiring StageRight) looked into re-staining the cabinets a darker color, but the wood grain was not that attractive -- so I recommended painting them white instead. In just one week, we transformed this little house in Pasadena, both inside and out. With the help and hard work of the homeowners to remove a lot of their personal clutter and extra furniture, we brought in a few key pieces to get the fabulous result. Staging works - again! The house pictured below was staged on December 13 and is now in escrow. The buyer also wanted to purchase the furniture and accessories - until he got the price. Still, I was flattered he liked my design!

Last week, I staged a model home - 1 of 4 similar units in a development in Temple City. Keeping in mind the owner wants to move the staging from unit to unit as they sell, I chose this 4 piece sectional for the living room which makes a more flexible arrangement.

When we signed the contract on 11/12/12, my client says she would like the living room and dining rooms done by Thanksgiving! I finished 4pm on Wednesday with 8 hours to spare. Just shows what you can do when you have to. Thanks, Natalie for the challenge.
