What once was called the West Central Experiment Station is now called the West Central Research and Outreach Center. For over 100 years, this institution has focused its work on agricultural practices, with the end goal of impacting producers, farmers, and agricultural industries. Our scientists and technicians address several agricultural issues in the fields of agronomy, livestock, horticulture

and renewable energy. Long-term projects and research are often conducted in collaboration with colleagues from the University of Minnesota or other research stations.

Join us on Tuesday, July 28, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the University of Minnesota Morris Research Center for the Organic Grain Producers Regional Meeting.

The day will include guest speakers, organic market updates, a look at the state of organics in Minnesota, presentations on organic farming and grain marketing, and a tour of the organic research plots.
