Capoeira is the only Afro-Brazilian martial art that creatively combines aspects of dance, combat, acrobatics, percussion and culture. Capoeira is the most fun way to lose weight, gain strength, meet new friends, learn a new language and culture, and have a blast while doing it! Professor Mario "Mascado" has been teaching and training for over 22 years, traveling to multiple countries growing and

learning the art form under the guidance of Mestre Fran with Grupo Capoeira Maculele for over 10 years. Professor Mario is also Physical Therapist Assistant and a Boxing/Kickboxing coach. He invests his time and patience into growing your skills from a strong foundation.
