Maggie’s Kitchen I published a cookbook of family recipes and am currently working on #2. We also write down the recipes as we go, to further increase learning retention.

As a happily retired special educator, I have chosen to make the most of my love for cooking, by sharing some traditional Italian dishes/recipes and healthy eating ideas with you. I've been hosting dinner parties at my home since '14-15 and during COVID, I prepared, delivered and sold many different foods to local community members, specifically the disabled and elderly. My parties and lessons inv

olve prepping and cooking together..... and are action-packed ! Prices range for dinner parties between $50-70/pp, and private lessons are $80/hr. We discuss nutritional needs along with choosing a menu before our scheduled date. I provide the materials/food, and the participants taste as we go, and then are left with many portions to share, freeze, or enjoy all week long.
