🎒 Class might be out, but learning never stops! 🎒

Our students are officially on their 2-week summer break, but the American School for Women teachers are still hard at work. This week, they’re trading the front of the classroom for the desks—sharpening their skills and diving deep into new training under the guidance of our amazing ASW Director, Hannah Buehler!

To our Muslim friends and neighbors celebrating Eid al-Adha — may this season be filled with peace, joy, generosity, and God’s abundant blessings. 🌙

This special holiday, the remembrance of the willingness of Abraham to sacrifice his son, and God providing a substitute, is familiar to Christians as well.

And reminds us of the sacrifices like giving up everything familiar, learning a new language, establishing your lives, raising your children.

At Water for Ishmael, we are deeply grateful for the many ways you have enriched our community through friendship, kindness, and shared life together.
