Looking for BETA testers for my new 12 week program that begins June 9. You're the ideal group member if you check off the following:
* Your doctor says you need to lose weight, change your diet, start exercising or make some other change or you'll need to go on medication, possibly for the rest of your life.
* You don't want to go on medication. You want a chance to do this on your own...but
* You don't really know WHAT to do, WHEN to do it, or HOW to get started
* You work best within a group of others who are working toward a similar goal (hint: loads of accountability)

My Story

A little over 20 years ago I taught my first group exercise class in a small, private gym in Chesterfield, Indiana. They hooked me when they told me that I could get a free gym membership if I taught a few classes a week. Twenty years and quite a few certifications later, I'm still here, doing what I love; teaching, training and changing people's lives.

As a lifelong athlete and lover of music and the mind, I've been able to merge my passions into a vocation. All to your benefit.


From group exercise to training, coaching and behavior change I have the opportunity to share my knowledge and LOVE of all things health and fitness with you. You can rest assured that you are in good hands when you work with me. Individuals, small groups,workplaces and teams will be better after our time together. Thanks for joining the journey.
