2023 Conforming Loan Limit has been announced: $726,200.
What does that mean? That means you can buy a house priced up to $907,750 with 20% down, up to $806,888 with 10% down, $764,421 with 5% down -- all without crossing into "Jumbo" loan territory with more stringent lending requirements.
These loans would "conform" with the GSEs (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac) requirements for them to purchase on the secondary market.
If you're looking for a VA loan and you've already got one in place, this means you may have remaining entitlement to use for a second VA loan. Feel free to hit me up to discuss and ask questions!
