📚✨ Learning, Growing & Recharging at Bright Years Academy! 💙💛

Our team had the opportunity to learn, grow, and reset together! We welcomed guest speaker Traci Protz, who led a great training on Enhancing Learning Environments & Redesigning Challenges, giving our teachers new ideas to bring into their classrooms.

We also spent time reviewing policies, resetting and refreshing our classrooms, and working on our NAEYC portfolios. We wrapped in a fun team-building activity focused on strengthening communication, listening, and understanding one another, all important pieces of working together as a strong team!

We’re grateful for days like these that give us time to collaborate, reflect, and continue growing together! 💙💛

Our Infant Program is designed around each baby's unique needs and daily routine. 💛

From individualized feeding and nap schedules to one-on-one interactions with our caring Teachers, every moment is an opportunity to build trust, encourage development and help little ones feel safe and secure.

With clean, thoughtfully designed classrooms and nurturing care at the heart of everything we do, families can have peace of mind knowing their babies are learning, growing and loved every step of the way.

🚌🎉

Last week, the Fun Bus rolled into our center and turned an ordinary rainy day into an AMAZING, fun-filled adventure! 🤩

Our kids had the BEST time swinging, climbing, jumping, crawling under obstacles, sliding, and so much more! 🛝🧗‍♀️🤸‍♂️ They were busy exploring, moving, laughing, and having a blast from start to finish! ❤️

The best part? They absolutely LOVED it—and they couldn’t stop talking about all the fun they had! 😍

A huge thank-you to the Fun Bus for bringing so many smiles, laughs, and unforgettable memories to our center! 🚌✨

Rainy days + the Fun Bus = the perfect recipe for FUN! 🎉☔💙

All centers will be closed on Monday, August 17th for Professional Development Day for our Teachers.

This dedicated time gives our Teachers the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and prepare for the months ahead. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday! 💛
