The Suzuki Academy of Columbia & USC The Suzuki Academy of Columbia & USC offers instruction on the violin, viola, cello, and classical guitar to students aged 3 and above.

The Suzuki Strings program at the University of South Carolina offers Suzuki instruction on both violin and cello, and is open to children ages 3 and above. In addition to participating in weekly private and group lessons, students perform concerts in the community, solo concerts in the USC Recital Hall, and participate in workshops and master classes with visiting guests. Parent group classes are

offered, as well as parent sessions with guest speakers, to help keep Suzuki's philosophy fresh in the minds of the community.

The Suzuki Academy of Columbia will be moving to a new (nearby) location at the end of July!

We will be moving to the Cayce United Methodist Church, just down the street from our current location at the River District Church. We are very grateful to the River District Church for their support and look forward to staying in the Cayce/West Columbia community while serving families from all over the Midlands.

We are in need of volunteers to help us with the move between July 29th and August 1st. If you are available to help on any of those days (even just for a few hours!) please fill out the form linked below. We are also accepting donations of packing materials like bubble wrap and packing tape.

Supply donations can be dropped off at our current location at the River District Church until July 29th.

There are only THREE days left to register for the South Carolina Suzuki Institute! We hope you'll join us from July 20-24 for a week of engaging and motivating classes for violin, viola, cello, and guitar students from Pre-Twinkle through advanced levels. Enrichment classes include art, ukulele, drumming, tae kwon do, and rock orchestra!
