These photos very nearly didn’t exist.

Picture this: a fairytale photoshoot by a beautiful waterfall in Bali. Michel behind the camera, me in front of it, surrounded by this ridiculously beautiful landscape.

We even randomly met a guy by the river who had a drone, and he very generously took a few little videos of the shoot from above and later shared them with us.

Michel had also strapped the phone to his chest so we could capture some of the photoshoot from the photographer’s point of view.

Which turned out to be a very good decision.

Because it means we have actual footage of what happened next.

Michel fell into the river.

Camera and all. 😂

And that was pretty much the end of the photoshoot.

Back at the house, we took the camera and lenses apart, dried everything as carefully as we could and hoped for the best.

A few days later, Michel had already left Bali when he realised the memory card was missing.

He searched through all his camera equipment and luggage. Nothing.

And then came the slightly horrifying thought:

What if it had accidentally ended up in the trash?

I’d already taken the trash out, and the bag had been sitting beside the house waiting to be collected.

For a couple of days.

In the rain. 😂

Michel was travelling and wanted me to wait until he landed so he could check his suitcase one more time.

Absolutely not. 😂

There was no way I was going to wait while that bag could be collected at any moment.

So I found some gloves, opened the bag and started digging through the trash.

And there it was.

The memory card.

It had survived falling into the river, several days in a trash bag, and the Bali rain. And by some ridiculous stroke of luck, the trash still hadn’t been collected.

I cleaned the card very carefully, put it into my computer and checked…

And every single photo was there. ❤️

So the photos in this video came very, very close to disappearing forever.

First into the river.

Then into the trash.

And somehow, here they are. 😂❤️

Ten years ago, I found myself on long term sick leave with debilitating migraines.
I was exhausted, frustrated and searching for answers.
As someone with a Master’s degree in Biology, my instinct was to look for explanations grounded in science. I wanted to understand what was happening, not simply accept that I had to live with it.
Then I discovered Bruce Lipton’s work.
For the first time, I encountered someone who brought together two worlds I had always seen as separate. Science and spirituality.
It wasn’t that I stopped believing in science.
Quite the opposite.
I realised there was another way of understanding healing that complemented everything I had already learned.
That discovery led me to train in PSYCH-K®, explore energy healing and, years later, discover Ta**ra, embodiment and shamanism.
Looking back, I can see that my business was never really built around a business idea.
It grew naturally from my own search for healing and understanding.
Today, that journey shapes everything I do.
I combine my scientific background with subconscious transformation, energy healing, shamanism and embodiment because I have experienced the value of each of them, both personally and professionally.
I don’t ask people to choose between science and spirituality.
I invite them to explore how both can deepen their understanding of themselves.
If you feel like you’ve tried everything and still find yourself repeating the same patterns, I’d love to explore that with you.

Saturday I stood in a room at Cullerne House with a group of people who had never met each other, all willing to slow down and actually feel something.

That is what Awakening the Senses is for me.

Not performance. Not technique for its own sake. Just people becoming more present, more aware of their bodies, their senses, and the people around them.

And it gave me a little glimpse of what we’ll be going deeper into when I return to Cullerne House for Embodied Ta**ra Valentine’s Edition.

Embodied Ta**ra was developed by Arja Hendrikx and Amanda Biccum with Temple of Radiance, drawing on decades of combined experience with Ta**ra, embodiment and bringing these teachings into lived practice.

I’ve had the privilege of learning these teachings deeply, experiencing them in my own body, assisting in the spaces where they are taught, and training as an Embodied Ta**ra Facilitator.

And I’m so excited to bring this work back to Scotland for a very special Valentine’s weekend together with Monica Josefine. ❤️

25/08/2026

One of the biggest misconceptions about boundaries is that they’re simply about saying no.
They’re not.
Boundaries are really about protecting what allows a relationship to remain healthy.
When a boundary has been crossed, many people automatically move into one of two responses.
They either react in the heat of the moment.
Or they say nothing at all and quietly carry the hurt with them.
Neither response usually creates the repair they’re longing for.
Before we can communicate well, we first need to understand our own experience.

What actually happened?
What emotion came up?
What need wasn’t being met?
When we have that clarity, we can speak from our experience rather than from blame.
Something as simple as:
“When this happened, I felt...”
“Going forward, I need...”
can completely change the quality of a conversation.
Of course, communication is only one part of repair.

The other part is whether the other person is willing and able to hear what you’re saying without becoming defensive.
And if your boundary continues to be crossed despite calm, respectful conversations, that is important information.
It doesn’t necessarily mean you’re asking for too much.
Very often, it tells you something about the other person’s capacity, or about the health of the relationship itself.
These are exactly the kinds of conversations I explore with my coaching clients. Together, we look beneath the conflict to understand the patterns that keep repeating, so that real and lasting change becomes possible.
If this is something you’re navigating in your own relationships, I’d love to support you.

Home after five beautiful days at my first in the Netherlands. ❤️

This time I wasn’t only there to experience a festival. I was also part of the Love Angel team, welcoming people as they arrived and helping to create and hold the space throughout the week.

There were workshops, dancing, beautiful conversations, lots of laughter, moments of deep connection, and definitely moments that stretched me too.

That’s one of the things I love about spaces like this.

You step away from your normal life for a few days and enter a completely different field. There is space to slow down, connect more deeply with yourself and others, explore, play, feel, and sometimes meet parts of yourself you weren’t expecting to meet.

I came home grateful, inspired, and with quite a bit to integrate.

Thank you to everyone who created this beautiful experience, and especially to my fellow Love Angels. It was such a pleasure sharing it with you. ❤️

Until next time.

From the outside, that wedding looked effortless.
There were conversations, laughter, beautiful surroundings and so many lovely people.
What nobody saw were the ten minutes I spent quietly walking away from it all.
Over the years, I’ve realised I’ve learned many extroverted behaviours. I enjoy people, meaningful conversations and being part of beautiful experiences.
At the same time, my nervous system still needs moments of quiet to recharge.
So during the wedding, I listened to what my body was asking for.
I found a peaceful spot by the water.
Took off my shoes.
Stood barefoot on the grass.
And simply breathed.
Ten minutes later, I returned feeling calmer, more present and genuinely excited to reconnect with everyone.
Later, another guest shared something that really stayed with me.
She told me she had seen me sitting by the pond and had wanted to do exactly the same. But she didn’t. She stayed because she thought it was what was expected of her.
I think many of us have experienced that.
We ignore what our body is asking for because we’re worried about how it might look.
But listening to your body isn’t selfish.
Sometimes the most generous thing you can do for yourself and the people around you is to take the space you need, so you can return with more presence, energy and capacity to connect.
Have you ever needed to step away for a few minutes so you could come back feeling more like yourself?

💛 Comment “ME” if this resonates with you.

We’ll be talking about Ta**ra, embodiment, relationships, personal growth and some of the experiences that have influenced the women we are today.
No polished presentation. Just the two of us sharing openly, exploring what we’ve learned and seeing where the conversation takes us.
If you’re curious about Ta**ra and embodiment, or simply want to get to know us a little more personally, come and join us. I’d love to have you there.

Why do you keep attracting the same type of partner, even when you swear this time will be different?

It rarely has anything to do with bad luck.

Your subconscious mind was shaped by your very first relationships, usually your parents or early caregivers, long before you had any conscious say in the matter. It learned what love looks like, what to expect from closeness, and what feels familiar, even if familiar isn’t the same as healthy.

Here is the part that surprises people. Your nervous system is drawn towards familiar, not towards good. If chaos, emotional unavailability or having to earn affection felt normal growing up, calm and consistent love can actually feel unfamiliar, even boring, to your subconscious mind, at least at first.

This is why so many intelligent, self aware people still find themselves in the same relationship pattern with a different face attached to it.

The way out isn’t simply choosing differently with your conscious mind, although that matters too. It is going back and working with the belief underneath the pattern, showing your subconscious mind that safety and love can coexist, until calm finally starts to feel like home instead of a warning sign.

This is deep work, but it is absolutely possible. I have watched it happen, again and again, in my coaching and energy healing sessions.

If this landed for you, you are not doomed to repeat the pattern. You are simply ready to understand it.
