Religious Freedom Week takes place June 22nd–29th each year. It begins with the feast day of Ss. Thomas More and John Fisher, includes the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, and ends with the feast of Ss. Peter and Paul.

The USCCB provides “Pray—Reflect—Act” resources at:
www.usccb.org/ReligiousFreedomWeek
one for each day on different religious liberty topics. These materials help people learn about religious liberty from a Catholic perspective, pray about particular issues, and act on what they learn by advocating for policies that promote religious freedom.

Today we honor and celebrate fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, and father figures who reflect the love of our Heavenly Father. May God bless them for every prayer whispered, every lesson taught, every sacrifice made, and every moment spent loving their families. Happy Father’s Day! 💙💛

Yesterday we gathered for our final Flag Salute of the 2025-2026 school year. What an incredible year it has been for our Vikings!
We are so proud of our students for their determination, hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence throughout the year. They have grown academically, spiritually, and personally while demonstrating kindness, leadership, and our mission of SVF each and every day.
From classroom achievements and athletic accomplishments to service projects, performances, and countless memories, this year has been filled with moments that have made us proud to be Vikings.
As we close out another successful school year, we thank our students, families, faculty, and staff for making SVF such a special community. Congratulations, Vikings, on a job well done! Enjoy a well-deserved summer, and remember, Once a Viking, Always a Viking! 💙💛
