In a new piece published by Times Higher Education, Kim Loeffert, assistant professor of music theory in our School of Performing Arts, explores how faculty can shift the AI conversation from academic integrity to intentional course design.
By combining AI with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, Loeffert shares practical ways to build more structured and inclusive classrooms. The article details how these tools can expand meaningful choices for students and remove learning barriers, all without sacrificing academic rigor.
