I’m seeing so many beautiful words for 2026 - Alignment, Rest, Implementation, Focus, Expansion, Driven…
And it got me thinking: What if instead of choosing MY word, I gave YOU one?
As the founder of i’MAGiNT LiFE, here’s what I know: choosing a word is powerful. But what if you could DRINK it every day?
You’re drinking water anyway. What if every sip reminded you of who you are - aligned with your soul, focused on your vision, driven by your purpose, creating from rest instead of hustle?

9 years ago - October 3rd, 2016 - facing foreclosure with 30 days left, I received 6 words in complete surrender. Those words became a formula that changed everything. Within 45 days I had a paid-off home and money in the bank.
I made a vow to share those 6 words with anyone ready to create differently.

Have you ever felt pulled in a million directions, unable to make a decision? Or said “yes” to too many requests, feeling weak and afraid to say “no”?
Perhaps you struggled with an addiction or fell under someone’s influence, losing a sense of ownership of your life. Do you wish to stand up to adversity with integrity and commitment to higher values? It’s easy to believe you are weak and lack the Strength to overcome challenges.
But what if Strength is one of the essential qualities of Spirit's Creative Energy, and nothing gets created without it? You, being a Child of the Divine, are Strength residing in human form. If that were not so, you wouldn’t even be alive. As a Child of the Divine, you get to choose what you give Strength to and what you quest to create more of. We are conditioned to believe that Strength is about forcing yourself to overcome weakness. But thinking about overcoming weakness drains you of energy, making it even more difficult to do what you believe you must. Instead, consider that you ARE Strength and you get to CHOOSE what you want to give the energy of Strength to -- strength to procrastination and laziness or strength to your purpose.

Today I came across a poignant message on Facebook:

'You work 8 hours to live just 4. You labor 6 days to enjoy merely one. You spend 8 hours at work just to eat in 15 minutes. You work all year to afford one or two weeks of vacation. You dedicate your life to work, only to retire in old age. And in the end, you only think about your last breaths. As time goes by, you realize that life is nothing more than a parody of yourself, rehearsing your own oblivion. We've grown so accustomed to material and social bo***ge that we no longer notice the chains. Life is fleeting—don't forget to love, travel, and chase your dreams! ♥️'

And someone responded: 'Absolutely! That's why I bought myself a trip to Singapore! Let's make some lifetime memories!!!'

But my response to that is: the trip will end, and the memories will fade within a couple of weeks... Then everything returns to normal—a gray, mundane life...

However, it doesn’t have to be this way. You don’t have to run away from your life. My husband and I work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for years without any days off or vacation. We can’t imagine doing anything else. We LOVE our work. It is our life! When you find your TRUE self and your Purpose, work is no longer work. It becomes the very essence of your life. It is Joy! It is mission, it is Love! On September 17, 800 years ago, St. Francis of Assisi experienced a miraculous event that would forever symbolize his profound spiritual union with Christ. While praying on the mountain of La Verna, Francis received the stigmata—wounds resembling those of Christ during the crucifixion. These marks, visible as nail impressions on his hands and feet and a wound in his side, were a testament to his deep devotion and commitment to living out the Gospel, not merely through words but through his very being.

St. Francis's life was a journey of transformation, marked by his unwavering commitment to EMBODY the virtues of Christ: love, understanding, humility, and compassion towards all beings. The miracle of the stigmata was not just a physical manifestation but a symbolic representation of his profound spiritual connection and dedication. Two years later, on October 3, 1226, St. Francis left the world, only to reemerge in a new, unexpected form—on October 3, 2016!

Here is where our story begins! i’MAGiNT LiFE was not only born on October 3, 2016, but it also carries forward the mission that St. Francis started—the mission of EMBODYING the virtues of Christ, the virtues of the High Self. This practice, accessible to many regardless of culture, age, or religious affiliation, invites a universal transformation.

Every year, on October 3, we embark on our 45-Day Spirit Quest, an inner pilgrimage deeply rooted in the Peace Prayer of St. Francis. This quest is dedicated to embodying the nine virtues outlined in the prayer through intensive shadow work. By engaging with each quality—such as moving from injury to forgiveness—we confront and resolve the subconscious blocks that obscure your light and cause separation, pain, and discontent in your life. Today I read this post by Gammadian Ji:

"I was born in a Christian family but as a teenager I became interested in reading other religious books. It occurred to me that except for the circumstance of my birth, I could have been brought up as an atheist or of any religion.

I loved the bible stories and personages as a child. My love for them has not lessened but it is now inclusive of wise and powerful men throughout the ages and of today.

Rumi, Kabir, Milarepa, Hafiz, Socrates, Guru Nanak. Laotsu and a thousand others have all shared a wisdom a perspective of that intelligent power behind all form.

All religions speak of love, a transcendent love, yet for the heart to bathe in love, we need to quieten our thoughts, to feel. Our conceptions are just signposts that point to an experience of the divine. The finger points at the moon but is not it.

A human learns little by being told, reading a recipe book does not make us a chef. A chef must know how to taste, he has to experiment, to practice.

In this world many parrott information and claim it as their own.

What is the point of asking and being given directions, if we don’t take the journey. We just become a storehouse of irrelevances.

Christianity or any sacred teaching for me is not pointing out others sins. It is about journeying to those inner realms to discover a peace beyond understanding, a peace that melts the heart and fills us with its fruits.

From that experience the mysteries of the world and of the divine open up."

This has resonated with me deeply, especially in view that I am preparing to lead our very experiential , where we will actually become 'chefs'. I would love to hear your thoughts about this.

Today I wanted to share with you an exciting news.
My dear friend, colleague and i’MAGiNTeer, Cynthia Ray, published her second book: The Faster Way to Fat Loss After 40.
What I love about this book is that it not only addresses very practical food/exercise solutions and ways to balance hormones, but also the role our psychology plays on this journey. I am also excited to share that there is a small contribution to this content on my part, where you can see the exact role the mind (Mind Wheel) plays (and applies) and how to work it in service to releasing weight and healthy living.
This is very exciting for me, because it is for the first time people will get to experience this groundbreaking teaching in book format!

Simple difference between those who get get what they want and those who don’t. Those who don’t get what they want, focus on what the thing they have to do to accomplish their result — the thing they don’t want to do.
Those who do accomplish their desired outcome focus on their outcome, and simply do what is necessary.
Then… there are masters… who love their doings regardless of results…
