Bravo to California's Next Generation Aviation Academy! This non-profit company is giving young underrepresented opportunities to advance in their future career by providing them a week long aviation camps. They are encouraging girls and people of color to expand their horizons on in-demand jobs in aviation. Check out the details on the Fresno program.
