Victoria putting in the work leading up to her wedding, and right back to it to keep the ball rolling and chase new goals after.

How did this happen?

📍 Fixing sleep based around a crazy (nurse) work schedule
📍 Adding in extra workouts on days she isn’t training with me - and easy process with our remote training software
📍 Increasing water, adding protein, removing excess sugar from the diet
📍 Stay consistent

Thankful for the opportunity, proud of the hard work.
