Wishing our IET community a Happy Holiday season full of blessings, gratitude, love and joy!

In this moment, I will love rather than judge.” Ask the question, “In this moment am I sending the energy of love into the world or sending the energy of judgment.” With the energy of judgment so strong in the world these days, all too often we find that the answer is that we are sending the energy of judgment.

According to Angel Ariel, it is not possible for human beings to love and judge at the same time. She also says that in every moment of time, we will be in either the energy of love or the energy of judgment.

When we judge, we are operating from our brain, energetically separating ourselves from others, and working to enhance our self-image or increase our perceived level of safety by making ourselves right and others wrong. Angel Ariel asks the question, “Would you rather be right or would you rather be happy?” If your answer is that you would rather be happy then you must shift from the energy of judgment to the energy of love.

When we love, we are operating from our heart, energetically unifying ourselves with others, and working to build rather than destroy; to see possibilities rather than difficulties; to serve others rather than serve ourselves; and to realize our power rather than blame others for their actions or in actions. Happiness, peace, and joy are natural byproducts when we love. We can all give the precious gift of happiness, peace, and joy this holiday season by raising our vibration to the vibration of love. And gratitude is a powerful way to do this.

According to Angel Ariel, gratitude opens your heart center and increases your capacity to both give and receive the energy of love. In cultivating and expanding gratitude it is best to focus your conscious awareness on gratitude every day. It helps to bring to mind every day the people and the things in your life that you are most grateful for. Once you begin to cultivate the energy of gratitude, you will find that the energy of gratitude is like a magnet and attracts more and more gratitude. As this happens, you will find yourself becoming aware of more and more people and things in your life that you are grateful for.

The IET Gratitude Process

Here is the simple gratitude process that you can use on a regular basis to enter into gratitude and raise your vibration to the vibration of love.

Angelic Heartlinks: Heartlink to Angel Ariel, all of the Healing Angels of the Energy Field, and your own personal angels. Ask that the angels guide, direct, surround, and protect you. And ask that this gratitude process is for the highest good and highest healing.
Human Heartlinks of Gratitude: Bring to mind a person or group of people that you are grateful for. Send a Human Heartlink from your heart to the heart center of people that you are grateful for. Once you are connected heart to heart, offer them your gratitude and blessings simply by saying “thank you and bless you.”
Repeat step 2 four more times: Bring another person or group of people that you are grateful for to mind repeat step 2 four more times.
Be Love: After doing step 2 a total of five times, you will find that your heart center is resonating powerfully with the energy of love. Simply focus your awareness on your heart center and sit quietly for a few minutes enjoying the feeling of happiness, peace, and joy that naturally arise. Know that as you enjoy these feelings, the energy of happiness, peace, and joy are radiating from your heart center outward through your Human Heartlinks of Gratitude to those you are grateful for. In addition, you are simultaneously bringing the vibration of happiness, peace, and joy to the world.
Final Grounding: You can leave your Heartlinks of Gratitude in place as you offer yourself some grounding support by placing your right hand on your left knee and your left hand on your right knee.

It is preposterous that a human being could even think such things. For if you could understand who you are, as seen from this realm, you are creativity personified. You are a living miracle. It is by our presence in your world that you meet the right person or you find yourself in the right circumstance. The right phone call arrives, or the right offer is made. It is also by our presence that, even in the midst of your own confusion, fear, and chaos, we can provide you with a moment of insight in which you clearly see the way. We have the ability to provide you with true, deep, spiritual insight of divine direction through something that you could best call knowing. Knowing is a deep understanding that we imprint upon your consciousness. An understanding that transcends all language and all limitation. This imprinting occurs in a blinding flash, a split second. This knowing is the gift of divine direction that we have used to guide the ever-expanding spiritual growth of human consciousness from the beginning of time. Angel Gabriel

We have often been called the angel of healing and indeed this is true. Healing is a byproduct of our presence. It would be more accurate, however, to describe us as an angel of awareness and illumination. For healing is the byproduct of awareness.
Awareness of your true identity.
Awareness of your gifts.
Awareness of how loveable you are.

“From the angelic realm, a human life is likened to the steel ball in a pinball game. You often think you know where you are going, but you really don’t. You also think you know which of the targets in life will score the most points, but you really don’t. And you think you control the flippers, but you don’t.
Angels know your soul’s journey, know which targets you need to move towards, and whom you need to meet. Angels also control the flippers. The one thing that you do control is whether or not the ball is in motion. The most important thing you can do in life is to keep your life moving and flowing. In this way, even if you are beginning to move in a direction that is not best for your soul, angels can use life’s flippers to give you a corrective nudge and move you in a direction more suited for your soul.
Sometimes you may experience these nudges as a door closing, a deal falling through, a friend ending the friendship, or simply as bad luck when you don’t get what you want. You must see that they are all forms of loving guidance offered by the angelic realm. The most difficult situation is when the steel ball stops, because the angelic flippers can no longer direct it. When your life is stuck, when you are afraid to move in any direction, that is when it is the most difficult for angels to help you.” Angel Ariel
