Thank you to everyone who came out to the Annual HOA meeting in March. We had a lot of insight with your concerns and we were so glad to see some new faces there. We had a great turnout!
Now that the warmer weather is near, full spring preparations have started.
Please remember to w**d your gardens, power wash siding and clean up any loose items or debris in your driveways. Inspect sidewalks for tripping hazards on your property and trim any low hanging tree branches.
We request that you please fill out ARC forms as needed with exterior home improvements or additions such as a deck, patio, pool, siding, new roof or fence installations.
ARC forms are also necessary for any changes in paint colors of doors and shutters, unless the color is perfectly identical to what is already in place. Forms must also be filled out to approve any new hardscaping or the planting of new trees on your property.

Quarterly assessments are Due February 1st which is THIS Sunday.
Every homeowner should have received a coupon book as a reminder to mail in payments.
If you have NOT received your coupon books or have any questions or concerns please reach out to Lisa Kelly with Kelly management.
Also, communications are being mailed out with information on the annual HOA meeting.

Good morning. Our HOA Landscaping contract has an annual planned mowing which will take place in the late fall time period. This is our typical maintenance frequency for some years now. We did do a trial mowing, mid summer recently, but moved away from that to save costs vs any benefit.
With the prolonged heat and humidity this summer it does seem that mosquitoes have been worse at times.

Update on landscaping:
Due to the rain earlier today, mowing start time was delayed. All common areas areas should be completed by end of day Saturday. Thank you for your patience!
Please disregard the previous communication about the HOA switch to Trident Property Management. We have cancelled our agreement with Trident Property Management for breach of contract and are switching to Kelly Management Services.
