Hi, I'm Brian Bednarczyk, and I've been officiating Ohio high school football games for over 40 years as a certified OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) official with the Summit-Portage Football Officials Association.
What I Do:
As the certified Football Rules Interpreter for our association, I help train and support football officials throughout our region. While official training courses are now completed online through the DragonFly platform, I'm here to provide personal guidance and answer any questions you might have.
Training & Support Available:
• One-on-one assistance with online training courses
• Video review sessions held mid-July through mid-August for both new and experienced officials
• Rules and mechanics discussions covering any topics you'd like to explore
• Game film analysis to reinforce learning through real situations
These sessions are open to officials at all experience levels - whether you're just starting out or have been on the field for years.

Classes starting July 6th! They will be Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30PM-9PM and running through August 19th! Call or email if interested in being on the field this year as an official! 🏈
Early registration will ensure that your class material will be available when the class starts!
Halfway thru the season. Seeing some great football. 5 more to go then on to playoffs.
Week 2 of regular season underway. Quite a few of the class getting games under their belts. The more you work, the more you learn, the more you know. Keep up the good work guys!
