“Long live Korean independence!”
In honor of the 107th anniversary of the March 1st Movement, students gathered to reflect on the spirit of Korea’s independence movement.
Students of Bellevue Korean School will continue to remember this history and carry it forward.

In celebration of our 30th anniversary,
we held a mother-of-pearl workshop and exhibition.
Students learned about this traditional art and created their own mother-of-pearl–inspired works.

8월 30일 2025-2026 새학기를 준비하는 교사 회의가 있었습니다. 특히 올해는 2026년 개교 30주년을 기념하여 '나전칠기'라는 주제를 가지고 나전칠기에 관해 배우고 문화 수업을 준비하는 프로젝트를 진행하였습니다. 2025-2026 문화수업 나전칠기를 기대해주세요.
On August 30, we held a teachers’ meeting to prepare for the 2025–2026 school year. This year is especially meaningful, as we are celebrating the school’s 30th anniversary in 2026. To mark the occasion, we launched a special project under the theme of “Najeonchilgi” (Korean mother-of-pearl lacquerware), where teachers learned about this traditional craft and prepared cultural lessons. Please look forward to the 2025–2026 cultural class on Najeonchilgi!
