✨Meet Lily, one of our Lead Registered Behavior Technicians (Lead RBT) who has been with PTC since May 2025! Lily loves getting creative with her clients, especially through messy art projects where she can see their imagination come to life in the colors they choose and the work they create. She finds it incredibly rewarding to watch the progress her clients make and feels motivated knowing she gets to be part of their growth and journey. Lily appreciates the supportive and kind team around her, always knowing she has someone to lean on when needed. Outside of work, she enjoys fly fishing, watercolor painting, and spending time with friends and family. A coffee-loving early bird, Lily dreams of traveling to Argentina and Patagonia someday. As a child, she aspired to be president, and now she’s working toward attending a graduate program in ABA to become a BCBA. Up next on her list? Learning how to make sourdough!

Say hello to Ellen, one of our dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who joined PTC about five months ago! She loves incorporating outdoor play into her sessions and finds the most fulfillment in helping children develop skills that will last a lifetime. Ellen values the encouragement and teamwork she experiences with her coworkers and is known for her calm and steady presence. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her hiking or cooking, starting her day early with a cup of coffee. She enjoys Spider-Man movies, sushi, and hopes to one day visit the Swiss Alps. Right now, she’s focusing on her fitness and nutrition goals and is looking forward to welcoming her first baby this July as she plans for an exciting new chapter ahead.

✨ Meet Emma, one of our Lead RBTs, who has been part of the PTC team for over a year and a half! Emma loves working with clients through food exploration, bringing creativity and playfulness into sessions while helping kids try new things. She’s driven by the strong relationships she’s built with the kiddos she works with and values the incredible support and camaraderie among her coworkers. Outside of work, you can find her reading, going on walks, crocheting, or thrifting. A self-proclaimed night owl, Emma enjoys both coffee and tea daily and loves sushi, especially the idea of traveling somewhere in Asia to try it authentically. Known for her bubbly personality, she’s currently focused on being more present in everyday life and is planning to pursue graduate school in clinical mental health counseling to become a therapist.

Happy first day of spring! We’re kicking off the new season with an employee spotlight 🌷

✨Meet Karly, our incredible Speech-Language Pathologist at PTC! With nearly three years on the team, Karly is passionate about helping clients grow, especially when it comes to building social skills and exploring new foods. She’s motivated by seeing each child make progress and gain skills they’ve never had before, and she values the strong sense of camaraderie and support among her coworkers. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, cooking, traveling, enjoying live music, or cheering on Bobcat football. A self-proclaimed foodie and early bird fueled by coffee, Karly once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and was even involved in raising animals through 4-H (with pigs as her favorite!). Known for her kindness, she’s currently working on adding more movement into her day and hopes to one day conquer a 5K... and maybe even enjoy it. We’re so grateful to have Karly as part of our team! 💛
