Looking to gain hands-on experience in educational programming, nonprofit leadership, and international affairs?

The World Affairs Council of Jacksonville is now accepting applications for our Fall 2026 Global Community Outreach Internship.

Designed for undergraduate and graduate students, this internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience developing and supporting educational programs that connect Northeast Florida with the world. Interns work alongside Council staff to coordinate student initiatives, assist with community events, create educational and promotional materials, and gain firsthand experience in nonprofit program management.

From Academic WorldQuest and Great Decisions to internationally focused speaker programs, you'll play an active role in creating impactful learning experiences while building valuable skills in communications, event planning, education outreach, and community engagement.
