Sorry for the spammy headline, unfortunately I needed ANOTHER reminder that if we do not take utmost compassionate loving care of the physical human body, none of the big ideas or business thangs matter one bit.
So. For those that care to keep in touch, I am sorry for how few moments I can tolerate being on screens [reducing migraines takes priority atm] but would LOVE to hear from you in a card or note, or see old timey post-card kinds of updates. Or seriously please do us both a favor and send me voice memos in Telegram bc that is the BEST way to pressure-free check in on me or hear from me
I am not doing any in-person sessions at this time, I have some massive healing of a rare spinal issue to pursue and am trying to go slow slow slow, and when I think I am back to superhero capacity, I need to go slower again. I am working so very PART-time with existing clients, many of whom have requested recorded sessions so that may be next on the list as capacity allows.
If you see me out of the house, that's amazing. If you see me out of the house with my wheelie chair, awesome it has been a great supporter through all this and has a great cupholder too.
I'm not quite as fast as I used to be, so I ask for patience. I ask for grace, and I kindly ask for your understanding as the fam and I figure out some big deal human body structural functional things firstly, then maybe maybe MAYBE the very big deal book and business things.
