You're allowed to release.

The roles. The patterns. The identities that no longer fit the woman you're becoming.
Outgrowing is not betrayal. Outgrowing is information.
The version of you that built this life the one who held it all together, who showed up for everyone, who performed brilliantly for decades she did beautifully.
And she's also allowed to retire.

This is Phase Two of The Reclaim Pathway. Not burning it down. Not walking away from everything. Just finally giving yourself permission to put down what was never yours to carry forever.

The full article maps what Release actually looks like in real time. Save this โ€” you'll want to come back to it.

There's a moment most of my clients describe the same way.

Not a breakdown. Not a big dramatic thing. Just a quiet this isn't it โ€” and suddenly, they couldn't un-hear it.
That moment? That's Awareness. And it's where everything begins.
Before anything changes, something has to be named โ€” the disconnect, the discomfort, the version of yourself you've been quietly grieving.
Most women skip this step. They push through. They perform. They tell themselves it's fine.
But Awareness isn't weakness. It's the most courageous first move you can make.
It's Phase One of The Reclaim Pathway โ€” and it's not about having answers yet. It's about being honest enough to ask the question.
If something has been shifting for you โ€” in your body, your work, your sense of self โ€” you're not falling apart. You're waking up.

And that changes everything.

The Reclaim Room is where we do this work together โ€” every single month. If you're ready to stop performing and start reclaiming, the door is open.

"๐—œ ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—น."

But I'm not happy.
If you've ever said that out loud, this is for you.
If you've muttered that sentence in the car at a red light, windows up, just to hear what it sounded likeโ€ฆ

You're not ungrateful.
You're not broken.
You're not a bad mother, partner, or person.

You're waking up to a life that fits the woman you used to be.
And not the one you're becoming.

That gap โ€” between who you performed and who you actually are โ€” that's not a crisis. That's the invitation.

The full piece names what that feeling really is, and where it's trying to take you.

You gave yourself away in increments.
One reasonable sacrifice at a time.
Until reasonable became your whole life.
And you became someone you barely recognize.
This is the work.

Who would you be?

If everything you do for everyone else disappeared tomorrow.
Sit with that one for a minute.
Most of us can't answer it โ€” and that's not a flaw. That's the door to the work.

And if this question stopped you in your tracks that's exactly why The Reclaim Room exists.

Inside, you get a space to stop performing and start answering the real questions โ€” with a community of women who get it, and coaching that actually goes there.

Culture wants to hand you a supplement, a meal plan, a mindset hack.

Reach deeper.

The exhaustion you're feeling isn't broken biology โ€” it's a self that's been held together by performance for thirty years finally asking to be met.

Not optimized. Not fixed. Met.

And I get it โ€” it's easier to believe it's your hormones. Your sleep. Your diet. Because if it's biology, there's a protocol. A prescription. A finish line.

But what if the tiredness that won't lift is something else entirely?

What if it's the cost of decades spent being everything to everyone โ€” capable, composed, consistent โ€” while quietly losing the thread back to yourself?

That's not a supplement deficiency. That's a self asking to come home.

Somewhere along the way, midlife became a word we whisper.

A diagnosis instead of a doorway.

But what if this season isn't proof you're falling apart โ€” it's proof you finally outgrew the version of yourself that no longer fits?

The discomfort is real. The exhaustion is real. The "I don't even know who I am anymore" is real.

And so is this: women don't fall apart in midlife. They outgrow.

They outgrow roles that were never truly theirs. Expectations written by everyone else. A version of "fine" that was slowly suffocating them.

What's on the other side of that outgrowing?

That's what we're building in The Reclaim Room.

If something in you just exhaled reading this โ€” you're in the right place. ๐Ÿ‘‡

As an executive coach, the women I work with โ€” the leaders, the producers, the ones holding it all together โ€” kept telling me the same thing in private:

"I don't feel like myself anymore."

So I built a room for that.

You're not crazy.
You're not broken.
You're not "starting over."

You're shifting.

Perimenopause. Menopause. Postmenopause.
The outside looks the same.
The inside does not.

Foggy. Emotional. Disconnected.
And every woman in it thinks she's the only one.

You're not.

The Reclaim Room is where we stop performing and start coming home.
Weekly live guidance. Honest conversation. Women who see you.

This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you've always been ~ before the roles took over,
the grind started taking pieces of us,
and it felt like our bodies were betraying us.

What officially counts as menopause?

Menopause isnโ€™t just โ€œgetting olderโ€ โ€” it has a specific medical definition.

๐Ÿ‘‰ You are officially in menopause after 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period, with no other medical cause.

Thatโ€™s it. No blood tests required in most cases โ€” just time.

Everything before that (when periods become irregular, symptoms start, hormones fluctuate) is called perimenopause.

Understanding the difference helps you:
โœ” Know what your body is going through
โœ” Make informed health decisions
โœ” Feel less confused about the changes

Your body isnโ€™t โ€œfailingโ€ โ€” itโ€™s transitioning.

Ask me anything about menopause.
No topic is off limits.
No question is too small.
No shame here. ๐Ÿค

A failure that taught me .....

Trying to be who I used to be.

I kept holding onto the old version of me โ€”
the one who could do everything, handle everything, be everything.

But menopause showed me:

Growth sometimes looks like letting go.
