Fantastic 300 level training at the Crouch’s . If you weren’t there, you missed out! Tons of excellent information, well balanced, and well timed throughout the training. Thank you to Masters and for the training, Masters and James Yaeger for guest instruction and the Crouches () for hosting. And these are only a few of my favorites I mentioned earlier.

Thanks to for the beatings. It’s always awesome to hit the mats with the likes of .premier and so many of you who’s I don’t remember. Shout out to Master Eric Arriaga who hit us with that old school Krav during the rep rounds, and all of your guidance, Sir!

The leadership and collaboration at this event was unparalleled. Get to the next one, Premier Nation!

It was so awesome hanging out with my lovely wife, and meeting up with Mr. Anthony and his bride-to-be, Miss Shannon! It reminds me of the importance of our team connection. We are here to root for one another, push one another, and grow with one another. Taking time to connect with our team is paramount to our continuing success. Meeting for Graduations, Trainings, and Tournaments grows those bonds from the micro- team to the macro-team.

We are Premier Martial Arts (International), then Colorado. We are Team Kirkland Premier (Arapahoe & Brighton). We are separately PMA Arapahoe and Brighton. Then, we are tiny/little champs, Kids, and Teens/Adults.

Our smaller teams are part of our bigger teams.

Go! Meet! Do stuff together! Celebrate each other! Have fun!

Rounded out Week 1 of my DEF Reset with a class. All five workouts complete, AND I’m on Day 5 of PMA Fitness challenge.

I’ve definitely committed to getting up earlier than I’m usually comfortable, given my schedule, BUT today is the most cut-and-dry “Wake Up Before the Enemy” and “Get After It” morning. I hit it hard as the Sun was cresting the mountains!
