Welcome back! 85 teams from around the state met in the Augusta Civic Center for the Maine State Math Meet. Kudos to all the mathletes and coaches for their hard work and making this experience a truly special one.

Carl Robbins, the co-chair of the meet, said the event brings some friendly competition to problem-solving.

BREAKING NEWS

Meet 1 has been pushed back to Oct 14th to give everyone time to pull things together.

Even though the crazy Covid circumstances are going to present challenges, the MAML Board has decided to make the best of it.
Accommodations are being made to do the meets remotely. Your coach will be getting information as to how that will work.

As for you, please enjoy some friendly and entertaining competition.
We understand that the playing field will not be completely level or perhaps even level at all.

You will have the rest of your life to worry about such things...so enjoy.
No pressure, no stressing, no complaining or endless loud wailing, but if you have a good idea please relay it.
We do occasionally listen.
