In Dec 2024, this was the process of adding all the hair to my home-made Santa tree ornaments… taking perfectly measured and cut fur and making them into sideburns, beards and mustaches to fit like puzzle pieces on the curved globe surface.

In 2024 I wanted to commemorate THE Big Guy who flies around the world in under 14 hours in one night, Father Christmas!
I sketched out some Santa ideas, some traditional, some Nordic and Old World... I ultimately went back to the classic look we all know and love...
And made him into a tree ornament.

I have 10 remaining from last year..
They are lightweight plastic globes, sculpted with clay, painted and embellished with white fur carefully measured and cut and topped off with a hat and holly.
The ornament hook pokes through the top of the hat so he can hang nicely.

Kevin not only designed and facilitated this beautiful M-B Machine vinyl banner for me, he also helped me with Social Marketing prior to ComiCon, kept me on schedule at Con for all events and obligations for all 5 days, reminded me to eat and stay hydrated, was my tech support, offered encouragement and moral support, kept me going, and assisted me TREMENDOUSLY.
